Established in 1962 the mission of the Trafalgar Medical Clinic is to provide the highest quality medical service within a professional, friendly, and caring environment.
Our team includes eleven physicians, one nurse practitioner, four nurses and eleven support staff. Collectively we offer a complete health care solution by providing comprehensive family practice care for all ages, maternity care, urgent care, minor office surgeries, chronic disease management, and have x-ray and lab availability on site. Our nurse practitioner offers individual and group counseling in diabetes, weight management, cholesterol lowering, memory testing for dementia and medication reviews for those on multiple medications.
